How to Clean Car Aroma Diffuser

7.Keep water from entering the air outlet.
8.Do not move once unit has been filled with water
9.Do not use detergents, solvents or abrasive agents to clean the diffuser unit
10.Disconnect the diffuser unit from power before cleaning
11.Use the diffuser on a dry and even surface
Troubleshooting of Car Aroma Diffuser
1. Fault phenomenon: No mist
A. Cause of failure: Using incorrect water, tap water with high mineral content
Solution:Use distilled or purified water.
B. Cause of failure: Unit is out of water.
Solution:Pour out the excess water.
C. Cause of failure:USB cable may not be properly plugged in.
Solution:Ensure that the USB cable is properly plugged into the power source
2.Fault phenomenon: Little mist
A. Cause of failure: Unit needs to be cleaned. Oils are Clinging to ceramic disc or sensor
Solution:Clean unit as advised in instructions with clean water & clean ceramic disc/sensor with brush or swab.
B. Cause of failure: Water lever is higher than max level
Solution:Clean unit and fill water 1/2 way to fill line and add water after getting mist.
Remove excess water and restart the difuser.
C. Cause of failure:Car cup holders that are too small don't allow for air flow from the bottom of the unit.
Solution:Change to larger car cup holders.
3. Fault phenomenon: Car aroma diffuser will not stop running even though empty
Cause of failure: Water lever indicator is dirty.
Solution: Clean unit as advised. Pay particular attention to swab sensor/disc inside the bottom of the unit.
4.Fault phenomenon: No misting and unit is spraying
Cause of failure:Water is too cold.
Solution:Change to warmer water.

14.Never place on loose fabric that can block air flow and prevent the unit from misting and ventilating properly.
15.Please handle carefully as surface of unit is delicate.
16. Do not leave the car aroma diffuser in the car for extended periods of under extreme weather conditions(below freezing/very high heat) as the water in the car aroma diffuser might freezer or the unit may overheat compromising the functionality of the unit.
